We would like to welcome you to our dental practice. Your first appointment will be a comprehensive oral exam, which includes an exam of both the hard and soft tissue, oral cancer screening and all necessary radiographs.

This appointment does not include a prophylaxis (dental hygiene cleaning), as the initial exam is necessary to determine the appropriate amount of time needed to accomplish a thorough cleaning.

If you are a new patient to the office, please visit the New Patient Forms link and print and fill out necessary paperwork before your appointment. This paperwork needs to be received prior to your appoint time. We need to have completed charts to be prepared for your appointment.

If you are a new patient and have radiographs from a previous dentist, please contact that office and have them forwarded to our office prior to your first appointment. We cannot complete our Initial Exam without radiographs. If the radiographs are more than a year old, we will need to take new radiographs to be able to complete a comprehensive initial exam.
